Refund Policy

At Tensho, we take pride in delivering high-quality, perfectly fitted streetwear. Since each item is carefully crafted, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We allow exchanges only in the following cases:

The item received is damaged or defective
The wrong item was sent

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number) and clear photos of the defect are required

How to Request an Exchange

1️⃣ Email us at tenshoclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2️⃣ We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours
3️⃣ If approved, we’ll provide exchange instructions

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
❌ Orders placed with the wrong size by the customer
❌ Sale items or limited edition drops
